Katingan Tragedy: Two Officers Die in Drug Raid

The district of Katingan in Central Kalimantan is currently draped in profound mourning. Bripda Nopandri and Aiptu Sumaryanto have been confirmed dead in the line of duty, marking a somber day for the Indonesian National Police (Polri).

The Discovery of Aiptu Sumaryanto

The Head of Katingan Police announced that the search operation has been officially closed following the evacuation of both bodies. "We have lost two of our finest sons. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten by the Police Institution nor the people of Indonesia," he stated solemnly.
